Caterpillar is the world's largest manufacturer of high speed diesel generator sets and engines. Our relationship with Caterpillar includes FG Wilson and Perkins Engines both of whom operate as separate businesses within the Caterpillar organisation.
For Caterpillar we supply a range of fabricated Silencers, weighing up to 250kg each, which we export to Caterpillar's Griffin facility in Georgia, USA.

NCJ's association with Taylor goes back to 1991 and has grown and developed in line with the continued growth in recycling.

Founded in 1966, FG Wilson produces generator sets ranging from small standby sets to large units capable of feeding the national grid. The company was acquired by Caterpillar in 1999 and the FGW brand is sold into the power market outside of North America.
NCJ supplies FG Wilsons facility in Northern Ireland with a range of fabricated Silencers weighing up to 250kgs each. These are fitted to Gensets used in power generation.

Over the last 60 years, the Land Rover range of vehicles has evolved to become a byword for toughness, durability, comfort and elegant style.
Our association with Land Rover originally started with the T5 platform (Discovery 3 & Range Rover Sport) but has expanded to include air reservoirs and Compressor assemblies for the Range Rover.
Year by year, Land Rover models have redefined the world´s 4x4 categories and NCJ is proud to have this prestigous brand as part of its customer portfolio.

Landis+Gyr provide advanced metering solutions to energy ultilities throughout the world with our UK customer providing conventional and electronic gas meters, prepayment solutions and complete system solutions.
Landis+Gyr are a long established customer of NCJ, however our association with gas meters goes back over 30 years. The product has developed considerably over this time and we have gained considerable expertise and product knowledge. This has enabled us to support the design and development of new meter products by working in partnership with our customer.

Formed in 1932 and based in Peterborough, England, Perkins manufactures more than 400,000 engines every year to support customers with thousands of different specifications. In 1997, Perkins was acquired by Caterpillar and today has manufacturing facilities in Brazil, the United Kingdom and the United States.
NCJ has been a supplier to Perkins for a number of years, supplying a variety of Oil Pans and Engine Timing Covers. Perkins are a valued customer to both NCJ Pressings Ltd and Covpress Ltd

Established in 1996 as a joint venture between Japanese and British manufacturers UYT is an automotive manufacturing facility producing BIW (Body in White) components for its automotive customers (Honda).
NCJ's association with UYT commenced in 2000 and has developed through several new model introductions. Following the relocation of NCJ to Coventry our partnership has developed further due to the size and range of presses offered by both NCJ and Covpress. Our tandem lines were designed to support the ongoing trend towards higher strength materials and now produce parts from the latest 780T materials.
